This was by far one of the best BBQ places we've ever eaten at.
We are overjoyed with the incredible catering provided by Oink/Carodella's at our wedding! Their two meat options and two sides were an absolute hit, pleasing every guest's palate. The food was impeccably cooked and bursting with flavor. The kid's meals and vegetarian options were also huge hits with all of the guests!
The real showstopper was our wedding cakes. We had 4 different flavors and got compliments about the food and cake throughout the night. There was barely any left because everyone enjoyed everything!
The team's professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy our special day to the fullest. They boxed up the leftovers and cleaned up. They made our night perfect and cannot recommend them enough! They were great!!

Kind of got off a major highway on our return trip to Wisconsin and ended up in Jasper Indiana. We decided to spend the night and tour the town. This small town doesn't disappoint from its quietness to its culinary choices. We settled on the restaurant serving BBQ named Oink. This restaurant was by far one of the best BBQ places we've ever eaten at. The staff was super friendly, drink selections were numerous and the menu was extensive. Our food arrived well presented and was more than we could eat. When we the check came I couldn't believe how inexpensive two meals with drinks cost. I hope I get lost in this historical town again sometime.

We're frequent visitors to their food truck and previous location. The new location is so nice!
The brisket is the best my husband and I have ever had! And I was born and raised in Texas, from long lines of Texas natives. It doesn't need any sauce but their homemade sauce is very good.
I got their lemon poppyseed salad as a side for my brisket today. It was Excellent!!! I love their homemade dressing. The greens were fresh and crunchy. The cashews, chicken, and parmesan all added to make this salad perfect! My husband had tater tots with his brisket sandwich. They were crunchy and hot, what's not to love!?! I've had their loaded tots before. WOW, worth the calories!!!
Staff are great too! We got our food quickly after ordering but we came after the lunch rush so they weren't busy.
